        Dear NTC Members, On Wednesday, May 15th, 2013, at 0900, the Arizona Highway Patrol Association (AHPA) and the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) will celebrate the life of Officer Timothy Huffman.  The memorial service at the Yuma Civic and Convention Center, 1440 West Desert Hills Drive, Yuma, AZ 85364.  For those who would like to attend memorial services, you will find below travel arrangements you might consider.
