The Ultimate Sacrifice - Written by Robin Mowbray, Daughter of Fallen Hero Sgt. Wallace Mowbray, was released in July of 2011 and contains a collection of memories about her father, his career and the impact his death had on the family and community. Robin has indicated that all proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to COPS.

After 22 years and 8 months of dedicated service to the citizens of Maryland and to the Maryland state police, Captain Kelly Testerman, Commander of the Professional Policing Division will retire from the Maryland State Police. Captain Testerman's retirement will be effective March 1, 2012. Captain Testerman extends her pride and gratitude for the many friendships and working relationships that contributed towards a very rewarding career as one of Maryland's finest!
